We can take care of every part of the process, supporting you with organising proposed plans, drawings, structural calculations, and building control applications in addition to the builds themselves.
We have a good working relationship with architects and structural engineers whom we use on a regular basis which in turn allows for a stress-free process throughout the build. We have a small number of subcontractors who work alongside the team, all providing a high standard of workmanship, finish and professionalism.
We have a keen eye for detail and treat each build with the same energy and passion, striving for perfection in the same way in which we do with our own homes.
We love the process, not just the end finish, and we truly believe that this passion for our work creates not only high standards of finish but an atmosphere and energy that makes you feel relaxed and excited about having a project take place in your home.

Who we are?
We are a team of four; George, Harry, Alan and Nathan. We’ve all lived and grown up on the Wirral and know the area very well.
Our skill-set ranges from; joinery, plastering, bathroom and kitchen fitting, and structural work; bringing all of these together, we are able to undertake all aspects of residential building work.

Hardman Builders backstory
I started in construction in 2007 as a trainee plasterer. In 2012 I took the jump and started my own company, GH Developments, as a sole trader. I landed my first extension when only 23, of which I am extremely proud and fast forward a decade, and we have re-branded as I and the company have grown.
Hardman Builders is now a VAT-registered, limited company. My younger self could only have dreamed I would be where I am today.
In the last year, I welcomed a baby girl, and I am sharing this rather personal piece of information as she has now become my ‘why’. My dedication to the reputation and success of Hardman Builders means even more now.

We’re that confident in our abilities that we offer you two-year workmanship warranties on all jobs we undertake, double the industry standard. This means that in the unlikely situation that something goes wrong. We will be right back to fix it.
